I used to live at these apartments complex. Walls are paper thin, evicted because of a neighbor complaint. walking up the stairs too loud, And then sued for breaking the lease. When we where kicked out with a 1 week notice. These should be illegal, These is by far the most unprofessional apartment complex in the city if Elkhart do not move here.
Lived here for a couple of months now. The price point is really good for the apartment layout. The staff and maintenance are super kind and punctual. The only thing issue I’ve come across is the thin walls. But the apartments make up for that with a cozy layout, cozy community, and a great staff.
I live here. It is very beautiful. I love the balcony and the views.
