RecommendedThey have the best service! Kelli was amazing! I’ve been running a lot and who knew I needed new shoes 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Kelli educated me on my running style by looking at the bottom of my running shoes and how I run and recommending the best shoes for me. I’ll be back for sure!

Yesterday I went to swap the size on a vest I was gifted for Christmas. The employee was rude, flippant and unhelpful. He wouldn't let me change the size without the email of the person that purchased it for me--fortunately, I was able to obtain it. He then refused to come out from behind the desk to help me locate the vest. RecommendedI love Run On Frisco! They really took care of me and helped me find the best possible shoe for my foot. Both members of the staff that I worked with were super knowledgable and runners themselves!
I originally posted a negative review about Run-on in Frisco as we had ordered two gift cards on Dec. 18th and never received them and it seemed as if no one at the store cared. The manager, Kelly has since contacted us, sent two new gift cards out,that we have received, and any confusion has hopefully been dispelled. We appreciate Kelly's personal attention to this matter in getting the new cards out and the problem solved. I would do business here again.
