Ann was absolutely wonderful! She was so patient and helpful with me and made sure I had the right fit for what I needed! The entire staff was great and they are all so sweet!
Not only are they incredibly nice, but extremely knowledgeable and an optimized inventory with shoes & sizes we could not find anywhere else. We live an hour away and it's well worth the drive!
After reading the great reviews others have left, I wanted to come here and hoped to solve my high arch and lower back pain issues. I told the girl helping me I had shoe fitment issues/arch issues and felt unstable on my feet sometimes with bad lower back pain from the wrong shoes. The Run In had exactly what I needed. I walked into Run In, sorry, I think I was supposed to run in; just kidding. I was greeted with a smile and "May I help you find what you need?". I mentioned that I would like a special shoe that I think would help me with my walking and hiking experience. The Glycerin GTS 23 by Brooks shoes.
