I been calling their phone for 4 days in a row and no answer. Smh
Service is horrible. I've been coming here for as long as I can remember; this has been my dental clinic for years. They are almost always unbearably slow: it's not uncommon to be waiting for 4+ hours for the dentists to call you in. I give this place 2 stars for the very few times service was fast and for the dentists who are actually nice.
This place you call and call and leave message and they don’t call you back and some of the employees are not friendly they kind of rude.
Customer service is horrible, I’ve been calling about one week now ,20 times a day to make an appointment ,after five or six ring the reception pick up the phone and they answer and sayJamaica dental please hold and they hang up the phone.i keep calling back they’re not picking up the phone... management should do something about that .. The service sucks
