I switched to these guys from Kimble and so far it’s been a good move. Kimble was unpredictable on when they would show up and these guys are always right on the money.
We switched to Rumpke a couple months ago and have been extremely pleased!!! They ALWAYS show up when they are supposed too, pretty much right on the dot every week. The switch and customer service was SO friendly and helpful. We did not have that experience at our past trash provider, so we are so very pleased about the entire experience with Rumpke so far!! Thank you for caring about your customers!!
