May 22, 0430 hrs. For the 3rd time this week, the horrible noise of Rumple trucks beating dumpsters on the top of the trash trucks wakes up the city of Ashland downtown. Such an inconsiderate company and operation. April 7, 0440 hrs. The Rumple symphony of noise is playing again. Dumpsters getting beaten on the top of the truck to get that "last little bit of cardboard" out. Only took 12 slams that sound like a train wreck downtown. Over and over again. I had the recycling service and they never picked it up. I always had to call and tell them they missed it, so I cancelled it. My next bill I was again changed for the recycling service. I had to call and have it remove. If you go with Rumpke be aware you will have to stay on top of them and help them do their job. Also the fuel charges are getting out of control.
Was suppose to have a dumpster delivered to my business on April 17. Nothing yet and no one at the company wants to return my calls. 13 calls made to date and so far not one response.
