Communication was terrible within the company. Example: The first workers came thinking we had water damage and it was actually water and sewage. The miscommunication continued throughout the project and they never finished the job. After over 2 months, we went with a different company to complete the restoration. What work that was completed was fine.
I would only give this company 1 star. We had a pipe burst on the 2nd floor of our home, causing water damage to the first floor. The crew from this company that did the tear out and clean up of the water damage was great, but we could not get the other half of the company to come out for the restoration work. The restoration crew came out to our home and looked at the work that needed to be done and never got back with the estimate. We have been calling for 2 weeks asking about the estimate, and they keep giving excuses why... read more
