Our trash goes out every Wednesday evening for Thursday pick-up. Nothing has changed in the two years we've been at our address. Rumpke has missed our address at least 3 times now. I understand mistakes happen but this time was the final straw. I called around 11am Friday (fourth of July weekend) to report the missed pickup and someone assured me it would be picked up within 24-48 hours. Get used to looking at a full dumpster! Have been using rumpke services for the past few years and it has easily been thee worst experience of any waste removal service in my life. We pay for for bi-weekly pickup, on a 4 yard dumpster. We are skipped on pickup days regularly, we have gone 4 sometimes 6 weeks in between pickups on multiple occasions. What am I suposed to do with a full dumpster for 6 weeks? Every time there is a missed service, I call, they agknowlege that we were skipped, they say they are sending it up the ... read more

Absolutely terrible business. Bought a house on May 4th, and called them to let them know that their bins were here, and to please collect them as we won't be using their services. It took 5 weeks and 4 phone calls for them to finally pick up the bins. When they picked up the bins, their driver took the previous owners trash out of the Rumpke bins (Old carpet from renovating the house) and put it in our privately contracted bin.
