Multiple calls after they didn't empty a dumpster. Trash is everywhere and on day 7 more lip service. City Council needs to vote on getting the monopoly Rumpke has out of the transfer station. They could care less about customers.
2 out of the last 3 weeks they claim its road conditions and didn't pick up my trash. Funny how all the people on my road went to work and the school buses picked up the kids. Starting to get a lot of trash in my garage now as I only have the one can. Update. They are at it again. My last pick up was mid April. I am freaking fed up with this company.
