The family owed company that we used sold to Rumpke and it has been nothing but missed pickups since then. I call them and they say that someone will be out to collect but no one ever comes. Customer service is appalling both in the phone and via email.
Throughout this month-long lapse in service, I have called your customer service department multiple times each week to report the missed collections and explicitly warn agents about the resulting excessive trash buildup. During these calls, I repeatedly verified the exact location of my trash can and mailbox to ensure there was no confusion on the driver's part. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Nothing but trouble from the jump! I had to continuously email for pick up. They missed so much I was getting rid of my own trash weekly. Then they don’t pick up for two weeks. I got fed up and canceled my service. My trash can was supposed to be picked up. After it was canceled. I emailed again they said they came May 2nd I canceled it March 31st it’s been a month already. Started service about 2 weeks ago and they still have not brought me a trash can ...I've called and get the run around.....You truly suck... I will be ending my service before the first bill is ridiculous and have not picked up my trash 1 time your better off finding someone on Facebook marketplace to get your trash.....P.S FIRE EVERYBODY
