I am very pleased with the work done. The service call is 59.00. After that it is 112.00 a hour. They charge by the hour rather than the service. I believe it makes them more honest. They were on time and worked hard to solve the problem quickly.
Thought I sent this review in long before now, just noticed I didn't. Wanted to say I had the opportunity to do business twice with Rump Services, this past time had a water heater installed, One call did it all. Called Jeff Wikstrom and the job was done in a timely, professional manner. The crew was all business, the service was impeccable. Highly recommended

Prompt, friendly service. Did a very professional job--furnace works great!
Called Rumpca Services for a warranty claim of a furnace (that was installed by the home builder); Jeff took a look at it, suggested an upgrade t a more efficient equipment, brought the manufacturer's people for the approval and in a snap their crew installed the new furnace, they were very courteous and careful not to damage the carpet and mess the basement. Absolutely recommended.
I have used Rumpca's since moving into my house about 15 years ago. They do my annual furance check-up and any plumbing services that I might need. They have always been friendly, polite and efficient. So when it came time to replace my furnace, A/C and water heater, I called on them. Our AC was on its last legs of course right during the first heat wave of the summer. We use Rumpca for one reason-we trust them. We trust their people, their servicemen and their quality of installs. Our new Lennox AC had to be ordered and due to the heat wave, Rumpca installers were about a week out. Once again I'm very pleased with the work done by Rumpca Services!! From the initial sales and estimate call with Jeff, to the installation by Travis and Zack the craftsmanship stood out! This is my third different installation and have been totally satisfied.
I was so distraught when my 20 year old Lennox AC quit, especially to find out that mice had chewed the wires and shorted out the compressor. I did my research on the best AC to purchase and Lennox was rated at the top. Then I looked for a local installer and came across Rumpca's. They had great reviews.
