I have gone here for several years and Rumors is second-to-none! The products are amazing; the people are friendly; it is always EXTREMELY clean and inviting. When I went off to college, I always made my hair appointments around when my school breaks. Once you go to Rumors you will want to go NO WHERE ELSE! :)
