Very unhappy.., Jessica was very cordial and I thought she knew what I was asking for I even brought photos… after 3 1/2 hours of colorín… highlights… my hair was orange.., “she wad working with other client the same time as me…I want to be sure my hair would be straight with a little waves.., not my hair was straight an a boo style that I did not want or like it . I do not have a problem to pay for a good service, but I ended paying 305 us for something that I was NOT satisfied.
