My favorite nail salon in the city!! I have been coming to Rumors for years, but lately I’ve been back every month for a series of big events. Linda is by far the best nail tech I have ever had, she is meticulous and listens to what I want while also giving excellent recommendations. I even trusted her to do my engagement nails and they came out PERFECT!! She used builder gel with a French tip and chrome.
