Horrible. They overbook. Kristin kept my daughter under hairdryer for over an hour while she worked on other clients hair. Paid for style and blow dry but over dried her hair under hairdryer not what we paid for .No consideration Very unprofessional.
Kristen here is awesome! Just got the most amazing blonde highlights (I have brown hair) and haircut. She combined an ombre and highlight look. Amazing, fun stylist.
