I cannot say enough good things about Nicole and the entire team at Rummel Jewelry. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to create the perfect wedding band for me. Nicole was incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable, guiding me through every step of the design process. She truly listened to my ideas and worked her magic to bring them to life in a way that surpassed all expectations.

All of my jewelry comes from here! I have a particular taste in jewelry, and they just get it. My wedding ring and all other pieces are custom works, and they always sit down with us to design it and get the look and feel just right. I love Nicole as the designer, and I can explain to her what I'd like, and she always knows the right questions to ask to make sure we are envisioning the same outcome. Connor and Drew are AWESOME! They spent time to help me create a custom ring that I adore and they were able to clean it & repair it quickly after years of beating it up. It looks brand new! Every time I come in they are so friendly, remember my name, and are clearly there to serve their customers. Highly recommend their store for a great local jeweler.
