The only reason I went to Rummel was because I had vision insurance for the first time in my life and I thought I'd be saving a ton of money and have a nice experience, but boy was I completely wrong! First off there is only one way in and out of the parking lot which is completely enclosed by chain link fence. When I walked into the office to get my eye exam I wasn't greeted by a cheery hello, but rather sternly told to sign in, pay the copay, and get my picture taken (for some reason). RecommendedI really like the doctors and staff at Rummel. however, I have been disappointed since my cataract surgery. It didn't go as I had hoped. My daytime vision is worse, my nighttime vision is worse. If I had it to do over again I would not have had cataract surgery. One of my biggest disappointments was after I'd had my surgery I was told by friends that I could have chosen different lenses that would have kept me from having to wear reading glasses. Great Doctors and staff.
My husband had cataract surgery there this morning. Office staff very friendly, surgery staff explains everything so you know what to do and who to call, it is all in print so you don't forget. Highly recommend ☺️☺️☺️
First time customer. Great service from the the moment I walked in the door,Receptionist was friendly and fast, first exam was actually fun. Dr was great and asked lots of questions.Ordering my glasses was pretty cool actually. Highly recommend. Shop local.

Rimmel Eye Care staff and doctor are the best. They truly care for their patients . The operating room staff are also out of this world, the best. I was so stressed before surgery, no problem they calmed me down and took very good care of me. Oh, the most important, I can see so good.
Rummel Eye Care has changed my life. I truly feel like I have been reborn. Because of them I can see again better then I could when I was a little kid and that was 60 years ago. Thank you so much!!
