I am absolutely outraged at my treatment. I moved to Prescott a couple of years and I exam one year ago. I made my annual appointment a year ago when I had my last exam for mid May. I got a call on May 2 that they needed to reschedule my appointment for August because they were too booked on my schedule day. I told I booked the appointment a year ago and they could not care less.
