I had a great experience at Rumi’s Oasis! The place looks amazing since they transformed it from a grocery store into a restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was really nice. This is definitely my new go-to spot for Afghan food in Elk Grove! And their drinks and pastries are seriously next level. Highly recommend!
The chicken bowl at Rumi’s is some of the best food I have ever tasted. As a Persian I was skeptical with the mixed bowl concept but after the first bite I was hooked. It was spiced to perfection in such a unique but familiar way. The owners were also so friendly and kind. Do not miss out on this Elk Grove gem. I hadn’t been to Rumi’s in over a year and I love what they have done with the remodel.
The updated menu with drinks and food are really good.
They feed kids meals to adults.
