If I could give them negative stars I would. I went to this repair shop through my insurance. This is how I got my vehicle back. They didn’t clip the inner fender well correctly. It snapped a day after I got my vehicle back. They couldn’t “clear” the codes on my dash, blamed it on a previous accident when I have pictures of my dashboard prior to the accident. Everything was done what seemed like in one day. They supposedly ordered 2 bumpers that didn’t fit and the one that’s currently on my vehicle looks just like my old one... read more
Gerber Collision and Glass, especially Kiefer were amazing. The work on my car was done at a timely and professional level. The car looks amazing and I couldn’t tell there was ever any damage to it. Kiefer went the extra mile to explain the process and warranty and what work was done to the car. He definitely made me feel at ease and I definitely felt he cared. Everyone was super helpful. I was sent updates for each stage of the repairs. The repairs were made in a timely manner and the vehicle looks new.
