I had a lovely appointment with Dr. Wu yesterday! The clinic is amazing — from the MOAs to the doctors, everyone is truly 5 stars!
Great experience at Rumi Optical. The staff and optical doctor were very professional and helpful. Nice selection of frames and excellent service. Highly recommend!
The man at the front desk is thankfully quite nice and tries his best to provide a good experience, however the doctor is a very rude and dismissive man. I mentioned I have glaucoma and I'm blind in my left eye, and he insisted on putting on "drops" in my eye that I never was informed as to what they are. I don't ever take drops for eye exams that are not from my glaucoma specialist. This man was rude, and extremely arrogant.
