I just received a bill for my 2 FREE COVID-19 tests done Dec. 2021 & Jan. 2022. Over 2 years later for $1204.60 due. How is this FREE? How many others have been billed for a lie? Update: after calling my insurance to fight this bill and they even had difficulty contacting someone, my bill was corrected. I received a return call from Rume Health 5 months later to tell me my bill is $0.

They are always on time, they always follow up, they're always on top of everything, and they have never turned me away, even when I needed a spur of the moment appointment.
