Liars, swindlers, bullies, and cheats who do not fulfill verbal promises and will deliberately mislead people so that desperate folks will sign a contract allowing them to withdraw money each month from your bank account and charge over $300 extra for a service they do not successfully finish. Rumble Pest is simply crooked.
I've used Rumble for quarterly pest control for about 3 years now, and they are always very professional, thorough, and address any pest concerns. Keaton was extremely polite and professional as well.
Great company! Took great care of my home and our ant issues.
They charged my account 10 days before actually performing the service. Since they did that I cancelled that service appointment and asked for a refund. Said they have issued a refund but it has been almost a month and I still have not received my refund.

After reviewing Mr. Lovell's account, I do see that a refund was issued. We also issued a $20.00 courtesy credit to Mr. Lovell for the inconvenience. We would suggest partnering with his bank who will be able to better advise him on his refund process, and ensure when the funds may be released.
Rumble came out when I was having a really bad issue with ants and spiders. When they came out and sprayed the technician was awesome! He went above and beyond for me! About a week after they sprayed the issue was gone! I did see a few wasps flying around and I called them and they came back out for free to take care of it! I highly recommend them!
Great service and great staff. They are fantastic and have done a good job taking care of my bugs.
Service was poor at best. No return phone call regarding cancelation of service, Reminded several times by text that a contract was signed even if quality was poor and they would get their money.

Rumble has been absolutely over priced and horribly shady. I signed up was told nothing about the cancelation fee and the tech that signed me up did not provide any documents. When I called to cancel the service they wanted to charge me $250+ saying that was the "discount" that I would "have to pay back". That's not how discounts work!! I canceled all payment to their company, but they keep calling and leaving voicemail and keep harassing me by sending spam mail. invoices saying I owe them.
