The staff are very friendly and everyone is so kind! Training to the music makes it really fun, and even as a beginner I’m really enjoying it. Highly recommend!
I love how the team at rumble create an inclusive and fun/welcoming environment and are very accommodating to your needs and requests! They make an effort to also learn your names which may be small, but it means so much more with their care and compassion! They encourage us to participate in events and specials that they have included in your membership and I always feel happy and ready to box once I walk through the door! Love coming here!
Very easy sign in process, unfortunately cannot say the same for cancelling the membership. The communication is pretty bad. I have been trying to cancel my membership for a week and don’t have progress so far. After the miscommunication, the team was really proactive in trying to find a solution for the problem! Appreciate it!
