10/10! This is an awesome studio. The staff is super kind. The trainers are amazing. The workout is super fun and suitable for all levels of fitness (no prior boxing experience needed). The workout room is very spacious and all of the exercises are projected on a screen so you can easily follow along if you get lost. Incredible staff who are not only helpful but also incredibly sweet! This gym has a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that’s truly hardcore. I recommend it wholeheartedly, but be prepared for the party vibes—if loud music and high-intensity cardio aren’t your thing, you might want to reconsider taking classes here. All the instructors are fantastic and super cool. Overall, this gym is a solid 10/10! It’s absolutely worth it and will definitely help you achieve your fitness goals.
Been coming here off & on since they opened, yes I even survived the masking in class stage coming out of lockdown. It’s obvi not as sparkling shiny & new as when it opened but I love it. The hardest part is finding street parking at dinner times when the area is hella busy. Do not join if you can. They will purposely delay any membership cancellations as much as possible and nickel and dime where possible. Lots of change in management so customer service is lacking.
