LOVE! The coaches are super motivating and the atmosphere is electric. It’s perfect for beginners, even if you’re feeling a bit intimidated at first. But trust me, the friendly vibe and energetic atmosphere will make you feel right at home. I’ve been going for 50 classes now and I can’t wait to keep coming back!

Looking at this review right now, you're thinking about joining up... Aren't you? My Advice? DO IT! Best thing I've ever done. Coming off of a slump of no working out over an extended period, I was keen to get back into it but doing something new. I was curious as I have a friend who has been going for quite some time. I have loved being a member here and very sad to be leaving (only because we are moving). Tory and his team are amazing and provide such a supportive environment. Can't wait to come back when I visit.
