Your Mesa AZ Longbow location is awful. Always out of food. Burgers are 2” smaller in circumference than buns. Employees can’t get orders correct (you only offer 2 burgers so how hard is it to make them right?). Takeout orders say they’ll be ready at a certain time but take twice as long. I really want to like you guys but every time I decide to give it another shot it’s awful.
I’ve loved coming here when I get a weekday off for years. Came in today, and was so disappointed. Not only have you switched to single plastic silverware, but also dishes for dine-in. In an age where companies are, and should, be trying to eliminate single use plastics, you’ve gone in the complete opposite direction. Shame on you.

I love this place it has great food! BUT their house salad has nuts in it my dad is deathly allergic to all nuts which is an extremely common and usually severe allergy and they need to change their menu to show EVERY thing that's in their dishes to prevent deadly allergic reactions

My family came out from California and I too them to Rumbi/s and they loved it. Best rice bowls and salads in town.
