We go to the location on Eagle Road in Boise, Id and the people are fantastic. We always get the bowls and they are great - a pretty healthy alternative to burgers and fries. We take our family and friends as well.
The GM here who also happens to be the cashier was ridiculously rude. This is the third time this has happened. I came to order food and he was very rude when ordering my food. I shared the BOGO deal on Facebook, and even after seeing it he was hesitant on helping me out. But when a white couple a few minutes later ordered the same thing, he was very helpful and kind to them and quickly accepted the deal. He personally brought them their food, but with me he had the chef bring the food as he sat there watching.

I ordered online tonight at the Murray store. Big mistake. I get there at my 4:10 pick up time, they say we will get started on that. Seriously why did I bother ordering online. The smart mouth line cook says don’t you want it to be fresh, not to me but to the cashier. Are you joking???? I ordered extra sauce for each one and ended up with all ranch when I had balli island also. Paid .50 for nothing.
