Terribly disappointed with this company. Had luxury vinyl flooring installed on our entire main living area space by our private contractor back in 2019. Flooring had a lifetime residential warranty. After about 8 months the flooring began to separate and bubble at the seams in numerous areas. We contacted our contractor and he tried to fix a few areas. Selected Nomad 7503 vinyl flooring. After the flooring was installed, it was discovered the stair nose strip 7503Fs material for the stairway was a distinctly different shade (green/gray vs. beige/gray.) Highly noticeable in natural light. John at Rum River shared the different materials have "transitional" shades and may not match. The two tone is an eyesore. The flooring distributor was credited the materials and now left to find an alternative solution for steps that already have the vinyl flooring portion installed. Shar... read more

After 2 and a half years my Rum River flooring needed to be replaced. Through the disappointment, Rum River stood behind the product they sold me. The process took a bit to complete, but they went above and beyond in working with me, keeping me updated, and sending me samples of possible replacement flooring. I don't often see customer service like that these days. Thank you!
