Huge disappointment… only 1 month after installation and separation started to appear and only gets worse. Being a contractor(carpenter) myself I know enough about this type of flooring and have never had this happen on any of my jobs. This flooring is in my own home and was not a low end, cheap product. They came and took pictures and gave me a song and dance I’m sure they will blame someone else and we will get nothing.

Have had the Tranquil Oak from Northern Retreat II series lvp flooring for almost 2 years and most of it needs to be replaced. Seams opening, buckling joins, scratches easily, very flimsy stuff that is supposed to be “luxury”. Poor quality flooring. Currently waiting on warranty evaluation but will most likely not using them again.
Terribly disappointed with this company. Had luxury vinyl flooring installed on our entire main living area space by our private contractor back in 2019. Flooring had a lifetime residential warranty. After about 8 months the flooring began to separate and bubble at the seams in numerous areas. We contacted our contractor and he tried to fix a few areas. Selected Nomad 7503 vinyl flooring. After the flooring was installed, it was discovered the stair nose strip 7503Fs material for the stairway was a distinctly different shade (green/gray vs. beige/gray.) Highly noticeable in natural light. John at Rum River shared the different materials have "transitional" shades and may not match. The two tone is an eyesore.
