I was highly disappointed with Rum River Counseling. I was told different stories about how payments work. One stating that I would pay upfront and once the appointment was run through insurance I would receive my payment back. The other stated that I would not be able to receive my payment back once my insurance covered it. It has been a little over a month and I still have not gotten a claim in the mail from my insurance. Really ineffective counseling style. I was basically just paying to have someone ask me how my day was. I can get that from my hair dresser.
