Dr. Torio must be a research physician trying to find out the threshold where medical care becomes fraud due to lack of responses, delays in filling prescriptions, lying about having received medical records, and failing to meet expectations provided by herself. A baffling display of sheer incompetence.
Totally incompetent office staff. They called my emergency contact to tell her my A1C was not covered by insurance. Inappropriate to say the least. Waited over a week for a call back about my MRI. Was told by Dr Torio it was arthritis and do I want a shot? Not explaining what kind of a shot. After I pulled a copy of my MRI report it was “severe osteoarthritis which means I need a new hip.
