I hired Rulicon Construction to convert my garage into an ADU. Their quote was mid range among the several quotes I got. The job was done in 4 months, as it was stated in the contract. I have a bathroom leak Henry came and diagnosed the problem promptly and accurately and replaced the leaky pipe quickly (a few days) which required ripping open a wall and replacing a section of pipe. The fix works no more leaks. Everything was cleaned up and the wall patched back up. Very satisfied with the work would recommend his service with confidence.

Awesome experience. Henry remodeled our bathroom, replaced the tile and plumbing fixtures. Hi did a great job. Good, nice, on budget and on time . I recommend him.

The company did a great job. There was title placed in my bathroom and the guy that did that portion did a phenomenal job. We are pleased and grateful. The people are hardworking and try their hardest to get the projection done in a timely manner. Also making sure they meet their clients needs.
