If you take your children to this pediatrician office, you will have to advocate for your child’s healthcare at every step until you realize they do NOT care or are too understaffed to provide proper care. The front desk staff will Diminish Dr. Harrell’s reputation and practice. The front desk staff does not care about you or your child and in fact will laugh at you. I have never seen or dealt with such ignorance and unprofessionalism at a practice. Do your child a favor and avoid this place.
Nacy is amazing and so are the other staff. They always listen and actually help our children with anything we need. I'm so grateful for everything Nacy has done for both my babies.
Very poor choice to write a child’s name and how old they are on a post card and then mail it to their home address.
This office denied us access to our children's medical records without any kind of court order restricting us from having access. Be very careful taking your children here because they will turn over records to DSS and will restrict your access based solely on the request of DSS without a court order. Please understand anyone who is reading this that your parental rights are not granted to you by a judge but by the 14th amendment and a court order is required to take them.
