Nacy is amazing and so are the other staff. They always listen and actually help our children with anything we need. I'm so grateful for everything Nacy has done for both my babies.
Very poor choice to write a child’s name and how old they are on a post card and then mail it to their home address.
This office denied us access to our children's medical records without any kind of court order restricting us from having access. Be very careful taking your children here because they will turn over records to DSS and will restrict your access based solely on the request of DSS without a court order. Please understand anyone who is reading this that your parental rights are not granted to you by a judge but by the 14th amendment and a court order is required to take them.
Every now & then I get reminded of how horribly this office failed me as a teenager. Dr.Rule was my doctor from birth-16 or so, as a kid it seemed like an awesome place. When I got older I began struggling with extreme anxiety that was causing me to throw up and nothing was ever done to help me find a solution. I cannot say enough great things about the providers and staff here at Kids Rule. My son has seen both Kelsie and Wynde and they are just genuinely amazing people. Wynde even called me on her day off to check in on my son because she was thinking about him when he was sick. They are true professionals who genuinely love what they do. The nurses, MAs and front desk staff are all gems as well. They know my son by name when we walk in and they all light up and greet us with smiles.
