Incredible. After you have had a slice of pie from Rule of Pie you will never be satisfied with pie from anywhere else. (sorry Grandma)
The cookies, the drinks, the brownies, the pies, and the quiche are all fantastic. I never was much of a pie fan but RoP changed my mind for forever on that one. �

Seriously the best pie anywhere! This is my favorite little place to visit while traveling through Murphysboro...heck who am I kidding, I drive to Murphysboro just for the pie. The French Silk is to die for, and the double crust apple is as American as it gets. Go there...now...right now!
My sister still thinks I come out to Carbondale just to visit her. But it's really for this one dolma restaurant and the desserts at Rule of Pie. Also, when she comes home to St. Louis we always make her present to us a pie or the cream puffs before she is allowed in the house. The French silk is the yummiest so far but that's probably going to change if she ever brings home one of the peanut butter pies. Peanut butter is always the answer, no matter the question.
They are always super friendly and very helpful! Plus their pies are always the best!
I live this place!! The lemon squeezer � and the sweet tea pie are two of my top picks!!
I have never had a bad pie from there - it just isn't possible! They have the BEST coconut cream I have ever had.
