Been coming here for years. I guess this new guy tended me today. Awkward interaction cause he asked personal questions then emphasized that he did me a favor and then asked what I can do for him. I did thank him and told him I didn’t need that discount, I could’ve paid the services no problem. Dude was a weirdo but out of respect for the owner I say it’s a mid-business. Owners are nice, I’m not looking for a handout just for that guy to act professional while at work.
their customer service sucks here. I called to inquire on the price of a used tire. The price was decent so I headed over. I realized I had been here before (this is the only place i ever been to that gives me a used tire and i had issues with it right after). i decided to give them another shot. I get here and they suddenly wanted to sell me 4 used tires or none at all. i told them i bought 1 used tire before and another man said he can do 2 used tires or none at all for more money than what was quoted. This Tire place is a great spot if you’re in need for a quick fix but it’s always good to talk to your automotive dealership to find legit parts but with this inflation you have to find good deals But anyway I came in for a patch due to a nail, the wait time was 3 minutes, finished quick and efficiently. A patch would cost around $16 and tires vary.
