All things is perfect, especially doctor rula, i loved, she's a nice person i seeing, she's a real person, she's love her job and She works with all her heart.
The doctor is kind, and professional. However, my experience with the front desk, especially Marwa, was very poor. Communication was unresponsive, and my concerns about pre-authorization were not handled properly despite multiple calls and voicemails. This resulted in a last-minute submission that put my surgery at risk and caused unnecessary stress. The office urgently needs improvement in front desk communication and organization.
I’ve been seeing this doctor for the past few years and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. She’s an exceptional doctor who has shown me compassion during some of the most difficult moments of my life. I am truly grateful for the kindness, empathy, and professionalism she has shown me.
