First of all, the office itself is very disorganized, and the staff never picks up the phone. They canceled the appointment for my wife without notice when I already took a day off to take my wife to the office, and when they rescheduled the appointment, they canceled that as well. What is worse is that when I took my wife to Dr. Rula my wife just had a 2nd miscarriage and we have no kids yet. I had my first two babies with Dr alura I love her but her receptionist is unpleasant smart even sometimes rude, I’m always leaving voicemails and texting and I never get told anything back maybe days later or not at all I’m on my third child I feel no one’s hear me out or really care about conditions I have I have one more month left and never been so tired in my life I feel I should be admitted to a hospital but Dr alura even so busy and has so many patients she doesn’t really have the time to talk and hear you out I wish ... read more
