I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this office, not once, but twice. On August 18, I had a scheduled appointment and waited in the lobby for 1 hour and 48 minutes. No one came to update me or let me know there was an issue. I finally went to the front desk myself and was told that the doctor had an emergency and had to leave. Honestly, I consider myself one of the most patient people out there. I always give someone more than one chance, in case they're just having a bad day. So trust me when I say if you want a doctor who actually listens to you during your appointments, do not go here. If you need reassurance and patience while you're pregnant especially with your first baby please find someone else. Where do I even begin with Dr. Rula? She is truly one of the most incredible doctors I have ever met. Smart, compassionate, reassuring, and honestly a real-life superhero.
