BEWARE! Rukus only cares about the bottom line and will continuously charge your credit card! Yes, the studio is clean, the instructors are great, but management leaves A LOT to be desired. In March, a studio associate called me about a special offer of $97 a month for unlimited rides. I thought it was a great deal and signed up. The very next day the studio closed because of COVID-19 so I was never able to use the unlimited membership. I had received a positive coronavirus test result and had been at the cycling studio 2 days prior. I had been there 06/22. I got tested on the 23rd and received the result of my test on the 24th. The day I got my results I called the studio to let them know. They told no one, not the instructors or people going into the studio that day about it.
