Sunday I received a call from my renters in New Britain that there was water all over the floor by the Hot Water Heater. I called a few different companies.. Don't waste your time calling this company! Called on a Friday and scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday. Took the day off from work only to have no one call or show up for the appointment. Called in the afternoon to ask if someone was coming and the office seemed to not even know about the appointment and said 'someone will call you' - waited the rest of the day and no call then or since. A week ago, I had a hot water heater installed. That went fine even if they were brusque when talking to me. They told me the toilet in front of it needed replacing because parts of it were corroded. They also told me that day it would need a new shut off valve. I was told that day I would only be paying for the parts since the install was already paid for at the time of the water heater. They came back todat, installed the new toilet and handed me a bill for over $300 and told me that was because I was getting a new toilet.... read more

Hands down the worst experience with plumbing I have ever experienced. Unprofessional, rude. Downstairs shower was “fixed” and now has a constant leak and only goes from ice cold to 137 degrees. Do not use this company. Not to mention when I had another company come out and look at it they told me that essentially it was done wrong and literally could have hurt my kids because the water was so hot. I’m so disgusted a company could knowingly do such a bad job and do nothing about it.
