They came out to look at my roof and said they would get me a quote for my insurance due to wind damage. Have called 5 times with no answers. Not very reliable so far

I've called this company 8 times. The first time I got an answer and they said they would send someone out. Nobody came and I never got a call from them again. Four weeks and numerous calls later, I was able to get a hold of them. Same thing as before. They said they'd send someone out and never did. I left messages and was more than patient.
