This summer we had numerous condo units in need of painting. I called Ruiz Painters LLC, and a couple of other painting companies to look at the project. Luis was the only one who answered my initial call and was the first to schedule an appointment. This was a complex job, with each of the 25 condos needing a different set of details painted with a multiple array of colors. Luis' painters did a nice job on exterior trim, soffits and doors. Luis was very good about communicating the scheduling and progress on the project and he consistently stopped by to check on how things were going.
