I am extremely disappointed with the way this office operates. The loading process is unbelievably slow — I’ve been waiting for 6 hours, and no one has even tried to properly explain what’s going on. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and it feels like they don’t care about the drivers or our time. There are two entrances for delivery, the first one is on Randall Lake rd. and is marked vendors and employees. It's the far left lane, OR keep going all the way around to the guardshack on the backside off of Helen Drive.
