We were seen quickly and Dr gave lots of helpful information in response to our questions.
Dr. Ruiz is very couteous. He is prompt...no waiting for this Dr. He is knowledgable. He is very well prepared for your visit. Best Dr. I've ever been too...I'm 64.
Might want to change the address! I lost my appointment because they gave me the wrong address and when I called, Sandra didn't bother to apologize or even help me out when I told her I was new to the valley. I was put on hold for 20 mins & she finally answered just to tell me to reschedule when I've had this appt. for 3 weeks. I was only late because the address they provided was wrong and the minutes I was put on hold could have been the time to drive to the correct address.Horrible staff!!
