Love Dr. Ruiz! I saw him throughout my entire pregnancy and he also did my c-section and is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I felt confident knowing he was overseeing my pregnancy and delivery as well and was comfortable in not only his care but the entire team at Memorial Care. I absolutely ADORE Dr. Ruiz. I am new to the area but have been experiencing medical issues. He’s the ONLY physician I have found this far that I feel truly cares about his patients. He is so kind, knowledgeable, and FUNNY! I never feel like I’m taking too much of his time or asking irrelevant questions. He is also very communicative, even on the portal. I truly felt at ease from the moment he walked into the exam room. His nurse is also absolute amazing!
Amazing bedside manner! Very human, great sense of humor, informative, interested in the patient, courteous - helped me back to a comfortable position instead of just snapping his gloves and walking out.
I appreciate the care I receive from Dr. Ruiz and staff. They are always available to answer questions and I get in right away. When I had problems~ like I did the last few months~ they took care of me.
It was my first time seeing Dr. Ruiz. He was very friendly and compassionate. I don't usually go to male OBGYNs, so I was a little nervous. Right away I felt completely comfortable with Dr. Ruiz. He was compassionate and gentle. He spent the time to explain everything to me before I even had to disrobe for the exam. He was very knowledgable and was able to explain everything in an easy to understand. It made the whole experience much less awkward. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ruiz.
He’s very personable and explains everything he is doing. Let’s you ask questions if you don’t understand something that he will be doing. A+ in my book.
Dr. Ruiz takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. He has a great “bedside manner” and responds to messages promptly.
Dr Ruiz took care of me when my previous Ob suggested an abortion! He monitored my baby and gave me options and my son was born perfectly fine. He was not the Dr on duty that evening I went into labor but he showed up anyway and he knew exactly what he was doing. All my children are born with their umbilical cord wrapped around their neck and at Kaiser the nurse tried pushing my daughter out by putting pressure (knee in the stomach). Look forward to my next pregnancy.
