Awesome coaches and a very welcoming place. A community that supports each other. No doubt this is the best place to get fit and healthy.
Joined for a drop in today. Very welcoming community and had lots of fun. Also communication with the owner regarding the drop in was very easy. Sent an email and got a very quick reply. Thank you for having me!
I highly recommend this crossfit gym! I am an acrobat for Cirque du Soleil and travel around the country full-time. I was in Laguna Hills for 6 weeks and did drop-ins at Ruination during my time there. I found the coaches to be knowledgeable and willing to put in the time to develop technique (not always a given). The gym ranges from high level athletes to beginners, and everyone was very welcoming.
