Had a perfectly lovely experience here.
I had to file a formal complaint with the medical board against a nurse here, they are extremely rude, and uncaring. I was made fun of for 20 straight and threatened for not agreeing to an unnecessary exam they were trying to force on me. Wouldn't recommend this place for anything, esspecially birth control.
If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Called here to ask about low cost birth control, I specifically asked what medical exams would be nessesary, I was told that a complete well woman exam including a pelvic exam and pap test would be mandatory in order for me to get on the pill. Due to being a trauma survivor I find those exams extremely hard to get through and triggering to my PTSD.
