Great listener and acknowledgment of fibromyalgia and arthritis. Prescribes appropriate medications to improve my quality of life!
Dr. Rulhman enjoys punishing his patients who need to reschedule. He enjoys playing games with your health. He thinks it’s funny for someone younger to be chronically ill and for medication they require to be taken away from them. His front desk staff refuse to help in any way and his “nurse” makes the decision to not request a refill even if you were in the hospital.
Best rheumatologist ever. Very personable and intelligent man.
