Dr. Rulhman enjoys punishing his patients who need to reschedule. He enjoys playing games with your health. He thinks it’s funny for someone younger to be chronically ill and for medication they require to be taken away from them. His front desk staff refuse to help in any way and his “nurse” makes the decision to not request a refill even if you were in the hospital.

I like the fact that I never feel rushed in my appointments. I love the front office staff. They are fun. They are also efficient and helpful. I feel like the nurses are comforting. I feel like I am included in my care plan which is important because it helps me understand and participate more effectively.
