Awful shop Awful service, their needlepoint selection not particularly interested or current design selection. Will not recommend or patronize this store. Will be better to shop elsewhere or even on ebay. Surprised they are still in business.
I've been to much better fiber stores. Nice selection of fibers, but downright awful customer service. You're better off going to the Loop, or ordering online. This site wont let me go below four stars, I give this place a one.
Ruhama's Yarn & Needlepoint is... It's great! Nice and helpful staff, a huge selection, very unique and upscale. You can find anything you need! It's cool to walk in and see people knitting!
Exquisite Fibers Ruhama's is an upscale yarn and needlecraft shop right in the center of Whitefish Bay's shopping district. They have some of the most beautiful yarns around. This is a knitter's paradise, and just about everything in the store is on my wish list because I can't afford to buy much at one time. This is a place to come back to time and time again.
nice selection but unfriendly staffr Ruhama has a wonderful selection of yarns but disappointingly, because of several of its employees, I and several of my friends will not patronize the store. While a few employees are quite nice, for the most part they are verging on the hostile unless you're one of their long-time patrons and in their clique. I'm not alone in this view.
