I would not recommend this company, they quoted me 160 over the phone for an 8x10 area rug. The tech arrived and said it would actually be 275 and he couldn’t promise he could get clean, but I could send it to the store where they would charge me 450 to clean it. He was here for less 40 minutes and left the rug exactly the same only wet. He realized he didn’t do anything to the carpet he said to just pay him 160 for coming out. Find a different company, this one is not it! Left is before, right is after!

I called First Choice because we just bought a new house, and there was much to be cleaned before we could move in. The people that owned that house before us had 3 dogs. There were stains everywhere that there was carpet. The scheduling process with First Choice went very smoothly. They accommodated my schedule and showed up promptly.
