Great experience!! My rug looks fantastic and I will definitely be coming back.
Sam and his team are terrific! He came to the house, picked up our three rugs, even moved furniture. Our elder pup hadn't been making it outdoors - now the rugs have no pet odors, colors are more distinct and he educated us on how to care for the rugs moving forward. Thanks, Sam and RugGuys team!
I trusted Rug Guys with my heriz rug and unfortunately, I regret it. The beige areas of my rug came back pink, and when I asked about it, I was told it was “because of the dyes and that this happens.” I’ve had this exact rug professionally cleaned before at Dallas Oriental with no issues at all, so I know this problem isn’t inevitable—it’s a result of their cleaning process.
