The team at Rug Guys did a wonderful job picking up, deep cleaning, and delivering two of my large area rugs. Sam, the owner, was responsive, communicative, and transparent throughout the process. I was trying to locate someone that I could trust cleaning two of my area rugs and came across Rug Guys. The first thing I did was read some of the reviews, they had such high reviews so I decided to try them. They offered pick up and delivery so that was absolutely a plus, they also did all the moving of the furniture. I am very impressed with the outcome. RugGuys was absolutely amazing. I'm a student, and I was on a budget to clean an inherited wool rug. Sam is super friendly and gave me a great price. My rug had a strong mold/pet urine smell when I dropped it off - I picked it up last week and the smell is gone! I can finally use it in my apartment. Would absolutely use them again, and I plan to buy one of their Turkish rugs when I get out of school.
