They did a fantastic job on our 3 large rugs! Sam was very professional & and great to work with! We highly recommend RugGuys!!
I wish everyone could have seen and smelled this rug before they cleaned it, it looks like a completely different rug! The wait time was worth it, especially since are a small business with very reasonable pricing for the quality of work, and they are even helping the Kerr Community with servicing rugs right now. The difference was night and day on my five rugs. The colors came out beautifully and I got a history on the manufacture. Sam picked up, dropped off and helped me re-position the rugs. Highly recommend.
My experience with the RugGuys was simple and smooth!!! Sam picked up the rug same day I called, returned the rug in a few weeks, and boom. My living room rug looks brand new, smells brand new and feels brand new. I’d recommend to a friend and would come back when I need their services!
