We called this service when our elderly garage door opener finally gave up the ghost. The technician came out & replaced it for us - could not recommend him more highly. He answered all our questions & did an excellent (& tidy!) job - very professional & fast service. Also very patient, as he had to wait to be let into the garage so a cranky toddler could finish a meltdown. Would absolutely hire again!
I'm not one for reviews but this service is beyond deserving. Not only is the work well done the staff is accommodating and friendly - even during below 0 degree weather. From start to finish, my experience with them was professional, thorough, quick, reasonably priced, and most importantly, honest.
This company is a scam. They are a lead generation service that sends your call out to some other vendor. They lied to me on the phone and said they were based in Sudbury. The guy came in some beat up Tahoe and he was not from Rugged Garage Door Repair but another company, which I don’t even know if it is real. I was desperate so I let him do the repair which he initially quoted me at $195, but then told me it was going to be $420! That was to replace two sensors. Rock solid. They had our door fixed within 48 hours of my calling them. And they were reasonably priced and helpful in suggesting possible upgrades --- but not pushy. We'll definitely call them next time we run into problems.
