First time going to this place and it was lovely. 10/10 recommend. I’ve been to multiple waxing places and this place is completely different. I’ve found my new place and my esthetician, Laura! She’s genuinely nice, she takes her time and talks you through each step. Definitely getting your moneys worth at this place and with Laura.

I love Rugged Beauty and Laura so much! It can be so hard to find the right fit with an esthetician or salon and somewhere you can relax and be truly comfortable. Laura excels at her profession. She’s super intuitive, I completely trust her and I always feel so uplifted and cared for after seeing her :)

I went to Laura for the first time for a Brazilian wax and was very impressed by her professionalism and skill. Throughout the entire process, she was excellent about communicating what to expect and making sure we went at a pace where I was comfortable. She was extremely efficient and thorough with the hair removal while doing as much as she could to minimize discomfort.
