Absolutely top notch dealership. Service dept. Finance dept. Sales dept. have all been extremely helpful and given me any time or attention I have ever needed. Heart experiences all across the board. Best Jepp dealership I’ve ever been to.
I have had the worst experience dealing with them. They do not stand behind anything that goes off their lot and they do not throughly go through vehicles before they sell them. I would not go there if you expect any kind of decent service from them. Sales or service! Bought a 3500 from them and paid to have it certified. 5000mi after I buy it it blows the transmission apart and I had to have another dealer fix it and it was down for 3 months. paint started peeling off the bumper a week after I got it which they did fix but ... read more
