I purchased a 2022 ram from them and after I got the truck home it was going through it step by step at my leisure. I noticed that the truck did not come with Jack or Jack accessories. I called my salesman Tim and he said he would look into it and it's been 2 weeks and still have not returned my call. I guess they don't care about the customer after they make the sales. Never buy another truck from them again
Super happy with the process at Ruge’s from start to finish. Tim greeted us as soon as we popped in and was super helpful throughout. He made the whole experience very easy and ended up purchasing a car from there within a couple days. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle.
